Outreach Campaign
The Municipality of Princeton has a goal to reduce carbon emissions and to help the community become more resilient. An easy way for residents to get involved is by participating in one of PSE&G’s energy-efficiency programs. Princeton residents will not only save energy and money but can improve the comfort, health, and safety of their homes. Whether you are a homeowner or a renter, there is an option for all of our community members to get involved!

Begin under “Find Your Program” to learn which home energy assessment you qualify for. Click here.
Schedule your home energy assessment once you identify the program you qualify for.
Review the personalized report you’ll receive after your home energy assessment with specific energy efficiency measures to ensure you save the most.
Choose what energy efficiency upgrades to move forward with, including selecting a contractor if applicable.
Enjoy your energy savings in a more comfortable home, and congratulations on doing your part to help save the planet!

About Sustainable Jersey-PSE&G Energy Efficiency Partnership Program
As part of New Jersey’s clean energy efforts, our local utility PSE&G is providing tailored energy efficiency options to homeowners or renters, regardless of income level.
Depending on your eligibility, the program offerings range from a free energy efficiency assessment and up to $14,000 in energy efficiency, health, and safety upgrades at no charge, to $6,000 in rebates on energy-saving home improvements and convenient interest-free on-bill repayment options.
As a homeowner or a renter and a customer of PSE&G, this service is available to you.
There is something for people of ALL income levels.

Comfort Partners
(Renters and Homeowners)
This FREE program helps income-eligible customers learn how to save energy while increasing the comfort and safety of their apartment or house.
Home Weatherization Program
(Homeowners and Renters)
PSE&G residential customers may be eligible for a FREE home energy efficiency assessment and may save customers 5% to 30% on their energy bill by making energy efficiency upgrades identified during their assessment.
Whole Home Energy Assessment
(Homeowners)
Get a FREE home energy assessment to understand your home’s energy use and discover ways to reduce waste. Plus, saving products at no cost are available to be installed during your appointment.
